These vaccines have caused a lot of harm. All-cause mortality is up 40% among 18-64 year old workers according to life insurance companies and has been reported to be as high as up 1100% based on military personnel aged 18-40, according to reports. Medical professionals are still recommending this deadly product and in some cases mandating them. These mandates are by design. Medical freedom means having the right to deny a "medical" treatment. I fully support all measures to stop the implementation of vaccines to those who do not want them. |

Medical mandates, of any kind, eradicate freedoms. If you are forced to take experimental pharmaceuticals in order to shop for essentials, earn a living, obtain an education, or dine in your neighborhood restaurant, then America is no longer a free people. As a mother of five, I have stood ground against recent Government overstep; in their attempt to force what goes ON people's bodies and IN people's bodies. I have a trackable record of fighting for Parental Rights, Religious Freedom, and *true* Informed Consent to be upheld, prior to 2020. I am a sworn Oath-taker and have stood by my Oath, as well as my faith. I am now running for office to ensure Health Freedom remains intact and untampered with. |

Also, my wife and I removed our daughter from the public school system because of the mandates and have her in a home-school-type learning environment. These actions are examples of what medical freedom means to me. I have been living it. If elected to represent AD26, my votes will be constant with the decisions I made while running my business; that is supporting individual freedoms, particularly individual choices for medical decisions. |

Healthcare is a human right, and people should go bankrupt simply cause they got sick. As far as mandates, last time I checked it’s a free country and you can do what you want. The options for masks and vaccines should always be available but you should not force anybody to get them. It’s very counterintuitive to do so, what should be done is simply present the actual facts and data and let the people decide on what they want to do. By forcing people to do something it only makes them reject it more. |

To the extent that they wish to try certain treatments, they should be able to do so, with the limitation that certain medications can be designated as prescription only. For those medications, the ability of doctors to prescribe should be protected rather than attacked. The matter of public health should also be considered. Persons with a known contagious disease should face restrictions as to their ability to circulate in public and spread the disease. However, we should not quarantine people not known to be contagious. |

The U.S Constitution does not say mandate in it anywhere. How can you mandate something and not be held liable for the consequences that may follow, especially with experimental drugs? That is why medical decisions need to be personal choice. So, when a person takes a medical risk, it is a choice they made themselves, consciously. Medical freedom also means, no one is telling me that I cannot work because I am not following their medical "mandates." Medical freedom also means, I do not need a vaccination passport or to follow a medical "mandate" to simply obtain an education or eat out. |

I will not be discriminated against for a job or denial into a public area because of my medical choices. I choose to sit in a hospital room when my loved one is dying so they are not alone no matter the environmental circumstances. Doctors are allowed to use every available resource to treat patients without fear of a license being revoked. I have a 52 page document to present in conjunction with movefreelyamerica.org and medicalfreedomact.org ready to present to legislation. |

No government entity should dictate any medical choice or personal protection. I oppose all government mandates and requirements, including face masks, testing, vaccines, and any pharmaceutical interventions, drugs, or treatments. This is outside the bounds of the government's role, and even in a pandemic or emergency, our rights are not set aside. |

93 | 4/28/2022 20:32:55 | photographybmw@yahoo.com | Brooke Morgan Westlake | NA | Washoe County School Board-At Large District F | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Medical freedom especially in today's day and age is HUGE. There should have never been vaccine mandates, ever. American's have constitutional rights, and its unconstitutional to force adults or children to be vaccinated. Parents have a right to choose for their child as well. Those rights are being taken away. Mask's do help the spread of germs, as I used to be in healthcare for 20years, but again people should have a right to choose. If they have extreme underlying medical conditions like I do and they chose to wear a mask, that is fine. But we should have never been mandated to wear mask, when it was never going to stop COVID or the variants. The vaccination isn't working. People are still getting sick. I chose to get vaccinated because I have a section of my colon missing, I am diabetic and I have compromised immune system. However, I still got sick with COVID, 6 months "after being vaccinated" and was sick for 6 weeks. I will NOT be getting the booster. The term "Vaccine" is misleading to the everyone. It should be called "a possible symptom reducer" if even that. But the medical data for children is not there. Everything was rushed, and the bottom line is that COVID like other flu germs will change. That is what germs do. We won't be able to "vaccinate" it. We need to learn to live with it. Wash hands, teach our kids better hygiene, etc. And kids in generally are the ones that don't clean their hands as they should. The question should be asked, why haven't SO children haven't gotten sick like the adults. I will not be forced on what my rights are as adult or as a parent. I have rights and I have rights for my children as they are minors until they are 18. I put the food on the table and the roof over their head. Who is responsible for the medical bills if a child has an adverse "reaction to the vaccine?" that was "mandated". Parents should not be forced by courts to vaccinate their children with COVID vaccines that do not work, with no data. It is medical negligence and pure irresponsibility of the courts in themselves. |
